February Yoga:
From the sliding scale, sign up for as many/few classes as you wish, then mix’n’match any time slots this whole month.
You Belong Here:
Welcome to this uplifting, warm-hearted yoga community. Set a healthy tone for yourself with these feel-good classes.
Build strength (including pelvic core), stretch out the crunchy spots, cultivate clarity in your mind, and learn new mood-regulating techniques.
I want your experience to be supportive, refreshing, and educational. Learn about the neuroscience behind the poses. Increase your lung capacity. It’s the best way to renovate your new health routine.
You don’t need to have a certain body type. You don’t need to be bendy. You don’t need to be an experienced yogi. I provide options so that each body can participate with comfort. So bring your sense of humour, bring your tight hamstrings, bring your beautiful love handles. You belong with us!

Hybrid Nights:
On pause for February. We’ll resume in March. I promise!
On a sliding scale, choose a registration rate that reflects how often you think that you might attend in the month. Then mix ‘n match any of the classes that suit you. It’s a flexi-pass!
Investment & Registration
STEP 1: Select a rate on the sliding scale (reflecting your situation, how often you’ll attend in that month, and how many make-up classes you have).
STEP 2: Register for that month.
STEP 3. Reach out to your support systems. Explain that you want to prioritize your wellbeing. Ask them for help caring for your kids/pets/projects during yoga. Mark your calendar (and theirs!) so this really happens.
STEP 4. Lie down. Inhale fully….and exhale completely. Come, let me take care of you.
About these classes:
An educational element (either anatomical or philosophical).
A safe warm-up for your connective tissues.
A sequence of asanas (yoga postures) to strengthen and stretch your whole body—both inside and out. This is the largest component of each class.
A meditation/breathing technique.
Savasana (our final resting pose). This is when your body absorbs all the healing benefits of your practise and integrates what you've learned. You lie down on your mat for a few minutes with a cozy blanket. Close your eyes, and completely & utterly relax. It’s divine. Sometimes you’ll fall asleep :)
What’s the big deal with yoga?
While most forms of fitness focus on strengthening the parts of your body that are only visible from the outside (your muscles), this extensive and intelligent system of yoga is different because it focuses on pairing your breath with particular movements in order to massage and tone your most vital, essential systems that actually keep you alive & regulate your mood (circulatory, lymphatic, immune, endocrine, nervous, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, excretal, skeletal, mental, hormonal), in addition to your lovely muscles :)
That's why we feel so refreshed, clear, and whole after yoga. The movements, breath, and meditation techniques produce a steadying effect on our mental health. Plus, as a bonus side-effect, we also benefit from the whole-body movement, too!
I so look forward to sharing vibrant, safe, informative yoga classes with you to ease your tension, move your digestion along, flush out your lymphatic system, and strengthen your whole core. You’re in the right place!
Yoga Props:
Picnic Blanket (you can bring a mat too, if you want)
A cozy blanket keeps you warm in savasana. We can fold it up into a square and use it like a cushion for seated poses, or for extra padding under your knees in kneeling poses. We can roll it into a tube shape and use it in place of a bolster.
If you do have one (1) yoga block, then definitely bring it. They are so helpful to protect your lumbar spine, ease tension in tight hips, strengthen inner thighs, add some lift in safe inversions, and to sit upon. If you don’t have one, then let me know upon registration.
If you borrowed a bag of my yoga blocks at the start of the pandemic, then keep borrowing them for this session!
Free Trial Classes:
Are you brand new to yoga, or brand new to me, or just hesitant about joining? I’d love to offer you a chance to try it out for a few classes—as my guest—and see how it feels for you. After the trial classes, you can decide whether or not you want to register for the remainder of the month. Treat’s on me.
